Our client is looking for a Neurorehabilitation Support worker Team Leader

Up to £15.21 per hour + £1.00 per hour location allowance

You will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, helping them regain independence, rebuild confidence and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.
Based at Kerwin Court, just outside Broadbridge Heath, you'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Speech & Language Therapists, delivering person-centred rehabilitation that genuinely transforms lives.

The Role
As a Team Leader, you'll provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and guidance to a team of Rehabilitation Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.
Working closely with clinical colleagues and service management, you'll help create a positive, supportive environment where both the people we support and your team can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise and motivate a team of Rehabilitation Support Workers.
Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with individual rehabilitation plans.
Promote independence, choice and positive outcomes for the people we support.
Support staff through regular supervision, coaching and development.
Maintain high standards of professional practice and person-centred care.
Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
Support compliance with policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to incident reporting, safeguarding and health & safety processes.
Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders.
Support other services within the division where required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care whilst supporting and inspiring others.
You'll ideally have:
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve this within 12 months).
Previous experience working within a care, support or rehabilitation environment.
Experience supervising or leading a team, or be ready to step into your first leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible, organised and proactive approach.
Knowledge of relevant care legislation, safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve greater independence.
