6-Month Contract - Hybrid
The Opportunity
As a Talent Partner, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent. You'll be joining an established talent team during an exciting period of growth and will play a key role in delivering hiring across Engineering, and Technology functions.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
Partnering with hiring managers to build effective hiring strategies.
Recruiting across Software Engineering and other technical functions.
Proactively sourcing and engaging passive technology talent.
Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Using market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions.
Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience recruiting for technical roles within a technology-led business.
Strong understanding of the software engineering and technology talent market.
Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Confident sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Experience working within an in-house Talent Acquisition team or RPO environment.
Able to work at pace while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
