We're looking for an Embedded Talent Partner to join the Chapter 2 team and partner directly with one of our UK-based clients. You'll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with leaders and hiring teams to shape talent strategy, drive hiring outcomes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and owning recruitment from brief to offer in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The Role:
You'll own end-to-end hiring across a diverse mix of technical and commercial roles — from founding engineers and Python developers to growth, finance, and customer retention talent.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build momentum, engage top talent, and confidently drive processes through to offer stage without compromising on quality.
The Talent Lead has a strong agency recruitment background and values pace, proactivity, and ownership. This isn't a role for someone waiting for direction — it's for a recruiter who enjoys autonomy, takes accountability, and loves making things happen. If you're at your best when trusted to lead from the front, you'll feel right at home.
What we're looking for:
We’re looking for a Talent Partner with 6+ years recruitment experience
You’ll have a proven track record across both technical hiring (engineering, backend, Python) and commercial roles (finance, growth, CRM), with the ability to juggle multiple live roles without losing momentum.
We need a strong closer — someone who knows how to keep candidates engaged, manage pipeline effectively, and consistently drive processes over the line.
