The role:
Recruitment Sourcer – Remote (US)
The GTM Recruitment Sourcer will play a crucial role in building high‑performing Sales and Marketing teams for a Saas business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top go‑to‑market talent across the US. This role is fully remote and partners closely with Recruiters and GTM leaders to keep a healthy pipeline of candidates for priority roles.
The Opportunity
This is for a Sourcer who wants more than a desk and a job board.
We're working with a confidential global aviation software business to rapidly build out their talent pipeline — 45 roles, three specialist profiles, three months to make a real dent. You'll be embedded in the function, working directly alongside the hiring team, with genuine potential for this to become a permanent in-house role based on what you deliver.
If you're agency-trained, love the chase, and want a route in-house without sacrificing pace — this is worth a conversation.
What you'll be sourcing
Three role types, all technical or senior:
System Configuration Developer (P3) — Python developers with 2+ years' experience; airline or crew management system background a strong advantage
Senior Project Manager (P4) — Agile practitioners with B2B enterprise delivery and strong client-facing credentials
Implementation Engineering Manager (M3) — Senior hires with line management experience, project direction capability, and comfort with travel
Two to three roles delivered per week to hit the target. There's no ramp-up period built in — you'll need to be moving from day one.
What we're looking for
A strong sourcing background built in agency — you know how to find people others miss
Pace, urgency, and self-direction; you manage your own pipeline without being chased
Comfortable working across technical and senior-level profiles simultaneously
Someone who sees this as a launchpad into an in-house or RPO environment
