As an embedded Senior Talent Researcher you will work from first principles to map markets, build pipelines, and surface world-class talent for our US venture and growth clients. Chapter 2 transforms our client's recruiting motions into decisive competitive advantage.
You will
Embed directly into our high-growth client engagements and own the talent intelligence and pipeline strategy for critical AI roles. You will operate as a market expert and sourcing specialist, working from first principles to design search strategies, map competitive landscapes, and deliver a constant flow of high-calibre candidates into our clients' hiring funnels. This role demands deep curiosity, analytical rigour, and the ability to move fast in ambiguous, high-trajectory environments.
Shape and execute research strategies to surface top-performing talent, rapidly increasing talent density across our clients' pipelines.
Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns, skills availability, and compensation benchmarks that inform search strategy and prioritisation.
Build and maintain high-quality, continuously evolving talent pools across target functions, ensuring deep penetration of relevant talent markets.
Analyse sourcing funnel data, derive insights, and optimise outreach and engagement strategies for pipeline quality and conversion.
Drive high-velocity execution of multiple research workstreams in parallel, maintaining exceptional rigour and stakeholder confidence.
Build influential relationships with Talent Partners and hiring managers, advising them on market realities, talent availability, and search strategy that creates impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent, Brand, and Intelligence teams at Chapter 2 to ensure a seamless candidate and client experience.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to pipeline, ensuring every interaction reflects our clients' employer brand.
You bring
You're an elite researcher who combines strategic market knowledge with execution speed. You think clearly under pressure, navigate complex talent landscapes, and care deeply about the quality of every candidate you surface.
Strong experience supporting high-velocity venture and growth-stage B2B SaaS or tech companies on Product and/or tech talent research.
Proven track record as an in-house, RPO, or embedded talent researcher owning end-to-end sourcing and pipeline strategy in high-trajectory environments.
