Job Title: Social Content Creator
Location: South Africa
Reporting to: Marketing & Employer Brand
Role Overview
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Social Content Creator to help shape and scale a high-impact personal brand, while also contributing to broader social media efforts across multiple business units. This role sits close to senior leadership and requires someone who can translate ideas, perspectives, and “in-the-moment” thoughts into polished, engaging, and platform-appropriate content.
You’ll play a key role in bringing a leadership voice to life—turning raw thinking into compelling digital storytelling—while also supporting wider social activity across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute day-to-day content creation for a senior executive’s personal brand
Capture, refine, and elevate ideas into high-quality social content (primarily LinkedIn, with scope across other platforms)
Film, edit, and produce video-first content that aligns with current trends and platform best practices
Write sharp, engaging copy that reflects an authentic and consistent voice
Support social media activity across multiple brands and business units (including employer brand and other verticals)
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on multiple briefs simultaneously
Stay ahead of social and content trends, bringing fresh, relevant ideas to the table
Maintain a high standard of quality, detail, and brand alignment across all outputs
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years’ experience in social media content creation or a similar role
Strong video filming and editing capabilities
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Good design sense and understanding of visual content
Deep knowledge of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
Awareness of current content trends and digital best practice
Proven ability to create engaging, high-performing content across platforms
Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership
Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
Proactive, creative thinker who can take initiative and bring ideas to life
Someone who understands how to balance speed with quality
