Experience: 5+ years in tech recruitment (RPO or in-house)

What You’ll Do:
As a Tech Talent Partner, you’ll be a key strategic partner to our clients, owning the full recruitment lifecycle across IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Product functions.
You’ll:
🌟 Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders to shape and execute talent strategies
📈 Build strong pipelines of top-tier tech and engineering talent
🤝 Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience from sourcing to offer
📊 Advise on market insights, talent trends, and data-driven hiring decisions

What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years’ experience in recruitment agency, RPO, embedded, or in-house tech/IT hiring
✔ Proven track record of hiring in technology, data, analytics, and product sectors
✔ Strong stakeholder skills, you can influence, collaborate and deliver with confidence
✔ A proactive, fast-paced, and strategic thinker, you thrive in ambiguity
✔ Passion for innovation, talent strategy, and tech growth environments
