Location: London (office-based, 5 days/week) with travel

With thousands of bookings each year and an exceptionally loyal customer base, we’re now building the world’s first AI-powered creator marketplace for group adventures.
The Role
We’re looking for a creative Social Media Assistant to help bring our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok and emerging channels. You’ll support content creation, community engagement and brand storytelling, working closely with the founder to shape how Plotpackers shows up online.
What You’ll Do
Create and publish engaging short-form content
Repurpose trip footage, UGC and creator assets
Manage day-to-day community engagement across platforms
Track performance and experiment with new ideas, trends and formats
Assist with campaigns, launches and brand storytelling
What We’re Looking For
Around 1 year of social/content experience (including internships or personal projects)
Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok
Ability to shoot and edit video content
Great writing skills and an eye for storytelling
