6-Month Project (Potential to Go Permanent)
Budapest – Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, international fintech company that is transforming the way people and businesses move money across borders. With a mission to make financial services fairer, faster, and more transparent, they have built a strong global presence and continue to scale rapidly.
As a Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of their teams during an exciting period of growth. This is a 6-month project with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role.
What you’ll do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (full 360 responsibility) on high volume hiring roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Experience in recruiting within the Fintech or broader Financial Services sector.
- Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
- Source, screen, and manage pipelines of talent across a variety of roles.
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate with the wider People team to continuously improve processes.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring and/or generalist recruitment.
- Strong track record in managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work at pace, balancing multiple roles and priorities.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Flexibility to travel to the Budapest office three days per week.
