Talent Coordinator

We are partnering with a fast-growing sportswear innovator that’s transforming performance footwear through groundbreaking technology and next-gen sustainable design. The Recruitment Coordinator will facilitate and support the hiring efforts to build out their product teams by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and efficient logistics throughout the process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through every step of the recruitment journey and championing a seamless, positive experience.
Manage job postings, review applications, and maintain up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support talent acquisition initiatives, identify pipeline gaps, and refine our recruitment strategy.
Assist with pre-screening, candidate assessments, and background verification as required.
Monitor and report key recruitment metrics, ensuring consistency and transparency in process delivery.
Support onboarding logistics after offer acceptance, helping new hires get started smoothly.
Uphold compliance with company policies, data privacy, and diversity standards.
Your Profile
Prior experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar HR support role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to balance competing priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with recruitment tech (ATS, HRIS platforms) and a data-driven mindset.
Ability to collaborate across cultures and functions.
A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Passion for candidate experience and an understanding of employer branding.
