- Collaborate with Regulatory, Product, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to support integrated patient access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies
- Contribute insights to technology and platform development
- Support commercial decision-making on CBPM products
- Work closely with the Partnerships team to build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Serve as the final signatory for external communications (e.g. website content, press releases)
- Support medical education programmes and internal training on the Code of Practice
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the medical cannabis landscape in Germany and globally
- Define and track KPIs to measure performance (e.g. time-to-patient, conversion rates, fulfilment SLAs)
- Act as the named lead for the safe and effective delivery of services
- Represent the business in PR and marketing initiatives, as approved by leadership
- Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards while maintaining adaptability
Essential Requirements
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
- Previously held a Managing Director or equivalent leadership role in Germany within a start-up or scale-up business in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Healthtech, Health Logistics, or Medical Cannabis
- Built a Healthcare-related business from the ground up, including setting up operations, hiring the team, and launching services
- Experience of full P&L ownership and responsibility in a regulated industry
- Significant experience in operations, process optimisation, or operational excellence, ideally in regulated or high-growth sectors
- Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, healthtech, logistics, or medical cannabis is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale complex cross-functional processes
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks (certification a plus, not essential)
- Proven track record of leading change in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical and systems thinking, with experience using tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, Asana, Notion, or Jira
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- A bias for action with the ability to shift between high-level strategy and day-to-day operations
