As they explore the next phase of expansion, we're looking for an experienced Franchising and Licensing Consultant to help evaluate and execute the right growth strategy, taking the business into the franchising and/or licensing space.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven track record of building and scaling a brand through franchising or licensing
• Ability to advise on the strategic roadmap, including pros, cons, opportunities, and risks
• Deep knowledge of the commercials, financing models, and operational frameworks involved
• Preferred experience with guest-focused or destination-based brands (e.g., hotels, restaurants, leisure services)
• Someone who can assess the client's products and help determine their suitability for either route.
