Role Summary:

We’re supporting an innovative healthtech company on a mission to transform care through cutting-edge technology. As they scale rapidly, they’re searching for a Senior Frontend Developer who’s passionate about building intuitive, accessible digital experiences that make a real difference in people’s lives.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping user interfaces that support both clinicians and patients—empowering faster, smarter decisions in a fast-moving healthcare environment. You’ll work in a collaborative, high-trust team where your ideas and code will directly impact lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and scale intuitive UIs across web and mobile platforms, ensuring clinicians and patients have an elegant, interactive user experience.
• Champion code quality: Maintain a clean, robust codebase that meets the standards required of a medical product.
• Take ownership: Work independently on projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and make informed product decisions grounded in user needs.
• Deliver high performance: Fine-tune our UIs for speed and responsiveness, so that all users enjoy a seamless experience

Your Profile:

• Extensive and strong experience with TypeScript, React, and React Native, and you can clearly articulate why one approach is better than another.
• Excel at managing both local and server state, keeping logic simple and avoiding subtlebugs (experience with modern tools like TanStack Query to solve common challenges).
• API-savvy: understand common API patterns and can efficiently apply them in UI contexts.
• A collaborative mindset: You provide constructive code reviews that help your teammates write better code
