📌 Freelance Operations & Admin Specialist (Tooling & Automation Setup) – London (Remote or Hybrid)
Estimated initial commitment: - 40 hours
We’re looking for a proactive freelance operations/admin specialist to support the London team with essential tool setup, automation, and admin operations. The project is to set up a London Office from scratch from a systems and operations perspective, ensuring they have the right tools to be operational & effective.
This is a hands-on, short-term engagement suitable for somebody who has worked in a FCA regulated environment previously.
🧩 What You'll Be Doing
Tooling & Systems Setup (Initial Focus):
- Set up or streamline tools for accounts payable, expense management, and travel booking
- Research and implement solutions for employee benefits, business insurance, and small business accounts
- Set up automations and workflows that reduce manual admin (e.g., invoice processing, travel approvals)
✅ Ideal Experience
- Previous experience working in operations, finance admin, or executive/virtual assistant roles
- Strong familiarity with tools like Moss, Pleo, Payhawk, and TravelPerk
- Confident researching & implementing/configuring new SaaS tools from scratch
