What You’ll Be Doing 💡
As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment strategies for pharmaceutical roles, ensuring we attract the very best talent in the industry. You will:
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and build effective talent strategies
- Source, engage, and recruit pharmacy professionals, from pharmacists to senior leadership roles
- Leverage market insights to advise clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive positioning
- Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a world-class candidate experience
- Utilize data-driven recruitment techniques and cutting-edge tools to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency
Your Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in pharmacy or recruitment (A must) Please note not Pharmaceuticals Manafuaturing
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of pharmacy roles, licensing requirements, and market trends
- Results-Driven: Proven ability to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at partnering with hiring managers, clients, and candidates alike
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Agility & Passion: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and growing business
