Senior Talent Partner – Remote - Texas – Market Place - Extensive experience, preferably within a fast-paced Ecommerce or Beauty industry , recruiting for Sales and Marketing roles.

Who You Are
A driven professional with a passion for talent mapping, and a keen interest in specialising in recruitment within the Sales Experience. With at least 5 years of experience, preferably within a dynamic environment, you have a track record of success in identifying and engaging senior talent. You possess strong analytical skills, capable of leveraging technology to inform sourcing strategies and decisions. A team player, you excel in collaborative settings and can work effectively alongside Senior Talent Partners and other stakeholders. Your curiosity and dedication to your field, have made you a knowledgeable resource in executive talent sourcing.
- You will be passionate about all things talent acquisition and be experienced with hiring for a wide variety of skill sets at all levels of a business
- Extensive experience, preferably within a fast-paced company hiring Field sales and Marketing positions
- Huge advantage if you can speak Spanish
- Involvement in scoping out recruitment processes and working with managers to develop workforce plans
- A natural ability to teach and coach others, having taught people how to recruit, as well as enhanced existing skills through coaching to make them better all-round Partners.
- Exceptional client or senior stakeholder management as well as project management skills.
- Passion for continued improvement whether that’s of the business, your partnerships, your team or yourself.
- A commercial mindset and understanding of the bigger picture.
- Hands on leader who get's stuck in and will work tirelessly to see their teams succeed.
- Quality reporting.
- A team player and the ability to work well with a wide range of people
- A natural curiosity that has enabled you to become a subject matter expert in your chosen area
