What you’ll do
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our growing team. This individual will be primarily hands-on with the development process while ensuring that all technical solutions are of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET technologies, significant experience with Azure, and a strong understanding of best practices in Angular development. Experience in architecting scalable solutions and involvement in early-stage product development is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Development: Lead by example through active participation in coding and solution development, ensuring a high standard of code quality.
- Technical Leadership: Guide the team on best practices, code reviews, and quality assurance processes to maintain technical excellence.
- Architecting Solutions: Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure architectures for new and existing projects.
- Azure Expertise: Leverage Azure services to build and deploy scalable cloud-based applications, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Angular Oversight: Provide guidance on front-end development using Angular, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential technical issues and provide solutions, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Early-Stage Involvement: Contribute to the ideation and initial development phases of new products, bringing technical insights to shape the product direction.
Qualifications: - Experience: 7+ years in software development with a focus on .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Azure Expertise: Proven experience in deploying and managing applications using Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Azure DevOps).
- Front-End Proficiency: Familiar with Angular best practices, component architecture, and building responsive web applications.
- Architecture Skills: Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a technical leadership role, including guiding teams and managing code quality.
- Early-Stage Product Work: Experience working on or leading the development of early-stage products is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving & Initiative: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
