What you’ll do
We are looking for an experienced Product Lead who will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the growth of our talent community management platform. This individual will have a strong background in the recruitment industry, talent acquisition, and digital marketplaces, with a proven track record of working collaboratively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Work with the business to define and drive the product strategy and roadmap that aligns with our business goals, ensuring a strong focus on market needs and opportunities.
- Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure that the development team clearly understands the tasks and priorities.
- User-Centric Design: Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and effective solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify problems, and deliver impactful product solutions.
- Agile Leadership: Champion agile methodologies, ensuring best practices are followed for efficient and effective product development.
- Market & Industry Insight: Stay abreast of trends in the recruitment and talent acquisition space, as well as broader marketplace innovations, to inform product direction.
- Metrics & Impact: Define KPIs, measure product performance, and iterate on solutions based on data-driven insights.
Experience
- 7+ years of product management experience, with specific experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or marketplace products.
- Demonstrated expertise in agile frameworks, backlog management, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker who is adept at identifying issues, finding solutions, and making data-informed decisions.
- Ability to mentor and lead teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
