Client Services Director- Germany

As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a Client Services Director to play a pivotal role in driving the success of client partnerships and overseeing talent acquisition teams delivering results for our German clients. Reporting to the Managing Director – DACH Region, the Talent Director will manage relationships with key clients, ensuring excellence in service delivery while leading recruitment teams. This role has a strategic emphasis on client retention and growth, team leadership, and operational excellence in talent acquisition, with a focus on RPO solutions.
What You Will Do:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for growing and retaining client accounts, acting as a Customer Success Director to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing service excellence.
- Lead and participate in client review meetings, including monthly business reviews to assess performance and discuss opportunities to add additional value.
- Work closely with clients to uncover opportunities for increased value, thereby driving revenue and account expansion.
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations:
- Oversee the implementation of new accounts and ensure the continuous improvement of existing client accounts.
- Develop and execute robust talent acquisition strategies to meet client hiring needs and business goals, leveraging data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices, streamline operations, and ensure cost-efficient delivery across all client engagements.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, manage and mentor a talent acquisition team of 15-20 members, driving performance and ensuring team alignment with company goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team to deliver excellent results in line with client expectations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, supporting their growth and retention within the company.
Who You Are:
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in leadership roles and a proven track record of building, inspiring and leading large talent acquisition teams (15-20 members) across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of the talent landscape in Germany, including market trends and recruitment challenges, ideally within a combination of RPO, agency, and in-house recruitment environments.
- A hands-on leader with the ability to manage teams, drive performance, and create an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to implement effective recruitment strategies and utilize data-driven insights to optimize talent acquisition operations.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a client-centric approach, adept at managing complex client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction while growing and retaining client accounts.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Fluency in German is a significant plus.
- Proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, navigating change while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.
