This is a great opportunity for a Senior Talent Partner, who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, and will think creatively about how to find the best talent for our Germany-based clients. As part of the Chapter 2 team, you will have ownership to deliver across the full recruitment cycle and will become a true partner to the client’s internal teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals.
What you'll be doing
As a Senior Talent Partner hand-picked for our client’s individual business needs and embedded into their organisation, you will get to the root of challenges through close and collaborative relationships built for success.
For your first project, you will be a key Senior Talent Partner for an iconic German footwear brand and manufacturer, hiring exceptional talent for their Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to have a company-wide impact, be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and think creatively about how we hire top talent.
You will be given licenses to our extensive market-leading technology stack. You will help clients make strategic hiring decisions through an improved understanding of the top talent- where they’re located, employed by, and what their salaries and demographics are.
The position will grow as our Germany Business Unit grows, so this is a chance to do join a rapidly growing global team, shaping the future of talent delivery for some of the most exciting brands in the DACH region.
This is an initial 6 month, full-time engagement but is likely to be extended, with the possibility of going permanent.
Experience Your Bring 🚀
- Well-versed in hiring for highly specialized technical roles (e.g: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, etc). A big plus if you have hired for other fields (e.g. Commercial, Tech and Non-tech roles) across Europe
- 4-6 years of recruitment experience (ideally with some in-house/internal/RPO exposure)
- Fluent in German and English
- Data-driven hiring - you use data to tell stories and influence decisions by creating compelling management information in areas such as; conversion rate, time to hire, hiring forecasts, cost per hire, etc.
- You will be strong in sourcing, independently, driven and autonomous, especially in stakeholder management and problem solving.
- Fast learner but not afraid to ask for help (we're a team!)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, especially when using an ATS
