Senior Talent Partner - Berlin - German Speaker
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to have a company-wide impact, be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and think creatively about how we hire top talent.
You will become a true partner to the client’s internal talent team and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals.
You will be given licenses to our extensive market-leading technology stack. You will help clients make strategic hiring decisions through an improved understanding of the top talent- where they’re located, employed by, and what their salaries and demographics are.
You will have the chance to be involved in employer and personal branding projects to provide top talent with a window into a company’s world through corporate and personal channels. Our scalable service ranges from strategy to content creation and activation.
Who you are
- A driven professional with a passion for talent sourcing with a keen interest/experience in commercial and sales recruitment
- Data-driven hiring - you use data to tell stories and influence decisions by creating compelling management information in areas such as; conversion ratios, time to hire, hiring forecasts, cost per hire, etc.
- Ability to create engaging content and well-thought Boolean searches
- Fast learner but not afraid to ask for help (we're a team!)
- Excellent time management skills, especially when using an ATS
- Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders
- You are a team player who excel in collaborative settings and can work effectively alongside senior stakeholders.
- You will be strong in sourcing, independently, driven and autonomous, especially in stakeholder management and problem solving.
- Fluent in German and very good English.
- 5-8 years of experience (ideally with some in-house/internal/RPO exposure).
- Ideally you are based in or close to Berlin
